Delete your BAC Battle account and all associated data directly from the app or contact us for assistance.
✅ Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)
You can delete your account and all connected data instantly from the BAC Battle app:
- Open the BAC Battle app
- Go to the Profile section (You tab)
- Scroll down to Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone!
All your data will be deleted immediately, subject to the retention policy described below.

If you're unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can contact us:
- Send an email from your account's email address to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my BAC Battle account"
- Include any helpful identifiers (username or User ID) to help us locate your account faster
- We'll confirm receipt and may ask for verification to protect account security
- Once verified, your account will be deleted as described below

Send Deletion Request EmailWhat Is Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following information will be removed:
- Account identifiers and profile information (for example, email, username, display name, profile photo)
- In-app content associated with the account (for example, drink logs, posts, comments, preferences, saved content, and account-linked activity history)
- Social connections (friend lists, group memberships, social feed posts)
- Location data associated with your account
- Usage and analytics data that are linked to the account or otherwise reasonably identifiable to the account
Important: BAC Battle Premium Subscribers
Deleting your BAC Battle account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active Premium subscription, you must cancel it through Google Play before deleting your account to avoid continued charges.
To cancel your subscription before deleting your account:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device
- Tap the Menu icon, then tap Subscriptions
- Select BAC Battle Premium
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions
- Wait for cancellation confirmation, then proceed to delete your account

What Happens to Premium After Account Deletion
- Subscription Status: Your premium access will stop working immediately upon account deletion
- Active Subscriptions: If not cancelled, Google Play will continue charging you even though you can no longer use the premium features
- Lifetime Purchases: Cannot be transferred to a new account; the purchase is tied to the deleted account
- No Refunds: Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for unused subscription time
What Is Retained
Certain information may be retained for legal compliance, security, and operational purposes:
- Premium purchase and subscription records including transaction IDs, purchase dates, and subscription history, retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance. These records are anonymized and unlinked from your personal data after account deletion.
- Transaction, tax, and refund records retained as required by law and for fraud prevention (typically up to 7 years, depending on jurisdiction)
- Security and audit logs retained for up to 90 days, after which they are purged on a rolling basis
- Routine backups retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes
- De-identified or aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify a person may be retained for product improvement
- Information required by law to be retained for specific periods
Third-Party Data
BAC Battle uses third-party services that may collect data independently. This data is managed by those third parties and is not deleted when you delete your BAC Battle account.
Google Play Billing (Premium Purchases):
If you purchased BAC Battle Premium, Google processes and retains your payment information.

Google AdMob (Advertising):
Data collected for advertising purposes (advertising ID, ad interactions) is managed by Google.
- Visit Google Account Data & Privacy
- Reset your Advertising ID in your device settings
- Opt out of personalized ads: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
PostHog (Analytics - if opted in):
If you enabled "Help improve the app", usage analytics were sent to PostHog.
- Disable the setting in Profile > Settings to stop future collection
- Contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of historical analytics data

Note: Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported any information you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
Processing Timelines
In-App Deletion
Immediate: Your account and data are deleted instantly when you confirm in the app.
Email Deletion
7 days: Acknowledgment sent
30 days: Deletion completed after verification
Verification Process (Email Requests Only)
For email-based deletion requests, we may require verification to protect your account security:
- Confirming the request comes from the registered email address
- Answering security questions or providing account details
- Verifying recent account activity
Note: In-app deletion does not require additional verification since you're already authenticated.
Your Privacy Rights
